RETURNS

Our return policy allows for returning an item purchased from this website for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, reason for the return, and your choice of refund or exchange.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.
Any item that is damaged, missing parts, or is not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error, or any item returned more than 30 days after purchase, does not qualify for a return.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If within 30 days of purchase you would like to return your item for a refund, please send us an email at cs@ziplocvacuumsealer.com. We will respond with a return authorization number, which you should include on the shipping box of your item when you send it back to us at:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend you follow these steps:
First, check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cs@ziplocvacuumsealer.com.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

If within 30 days of purchase you would like to return your item for an exchange, please send us an email at cs@ziplocvacuumsealer.com. We will respond with a return authorization number, which you should include on the shipping box of your item when you send it back to us at:

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was shipped to the gift giver, we will refund the gift giver. He or she will then have to inquire about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a shipping service that will be provide you with a tracking number. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
